Is it possible to access activity to an existing ZK system? I'm new where I work and someone said the person prior to me was able to do so.

If you're the administrator, you will need to uninstall the software (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and install it again. In this way you will be able to reconfigure the program and set a new password. If you're an employee, you will need to contact your administrator in order to recover the password.
